- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Certain items, such as personalized products, opened USBs, or intimate items like hijabs (if the seal is broken), cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refund Policy
If your return is accepted, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your returned item. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Sale items or promotional purchases may not be eligible for a full refund.
- For defective or damaged items, MessageTV Store will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
